The caws of gigantic crows and the belly-laughs of kookaburras were heard all weekend. However, they escaped the lens this time! The pelicans and black swans were a little more co-operative.
Also, I was fortunate enough to snap this lucky shot of a spoonbill. It's so funny...gripping the branch with one
claw.
