Huge is the best playmate I know! Who else says, "Sure!" when the photographer says,"Hey, get out into that mob o' roos over there and lie down with them!"? We had the biggest laugh today! These photos were taken at the Cleland Wildlife Centre just outside of Adelaide. Wildlife galore, lured into peaceful posing by handfuls of feed! Ahhh.... this is my idea of a petting zoo!
This was one of the small emus. I knew it would be friendly, but approached with caution anyway!
And here is Huge, arms full of koala. They smell just like cough drops and they're so soft! What a day!
Such lovely manners!

Its so very important for a photographer to have a tractable model...LOL. It looks like you're both finding time for some good R&R despite how busy you are.
